Returning to Running Postpartum

starting from £200

If your pelvic floor is holding you back from reaching your goals as a runner, don’t despair. There is much more than kegels and stretches to getting you running !

  • minimum of 3 sessions (1st session 1.5 hrs, subsequent 45 mins)

  • we’ll start by analysing your movement and running through video recordings

  • you will get personalised exercises and running advice from the perspective of your pelvic floor

 

Pelvic Gridle Pain Physio

starting from £150

The understanding around what Pregnancy Related Pelvic Girdle (PPGP) is and what we can do about it, has changed considerably over the last few years. The old saying “it’ll just get worse until you have your baby”, or avoiding certain movements, are history. We have much more effective results with PPGP now that we understand it better.

  • minimum of 2 sessions (first session 1.5 hrs, subsequent 45 min)

  • we’ll be understanding and monitoring your symptoms through questionnaires

  • you will get personalised advice and a plan of action to moving forward
