I developed a prolapse after the birth of my first child and thought I’d never feel comfortable or be able to live an active lifestyle. I managed to recover from my symptoms and gain the confidence to have a third baby, which resulted in a wonderful pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I’m passionate about empowering women with pelvic health knowledge and tools that give them results, comfort and confidence.</image:caption>
